A 2016. április 27-én elfogadott Általános Adatvédelmi Rendelet (GDPR) 13. cikke alapján tájékoztatjuk Önt az alábbiakról:
- A személyes adataid kezelője a MEEST INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o., székhelye: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Varsó, Lengyelország.
- Adatvédelemmel kapcsolatos kérdések esetén kérjük, lépj kapcsolatba adatvédelmi tisztviselőnkkel az iod@meest.com e-mail címen.
- A személyes adataid toborzási folyamat lebonyolítása céljából kezeljük.
- Az adataid a toborzásra vonatkozó jogszabályok alapján kezeljük, különösen a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés c) pontja (munkaügyi jogszabályok rendelkezései) és a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) pontja szerint, mivel ez szükséges a kérésedre történő lépések megtételéhez a szerződés megkötése előtt.
- Az általad megadott egyéb személyes adatokat (például fényképeket) a hozzájárulásod alapján kezeljük, a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pontja szerint.
- Az adataidat a jelenlegi toborzási folyamat során használjuk fel, és – amennyiben hozzájárulsz – a jövőbeni álláslehetőségek esetén is.
- A jelenlegi toborzási folyamat során megadott adataidat a folyamat lezárásáig megőrizzük. Amennyiben hozzájárulsz a jövőbeni felhasználáshoz, az adatait 36 hónapig vagy a hozzájárulás visszavonásáig tároljuk.
- Az adataidat kizárólag a jogszabály által előírt, illetve a toborzási folyamatban segítséget nyújtó, arra jogosult szervezetekkel osztjuk meg.
- Jogosult vagy hozzáférni az adataihoz, azokat helyesbíteni, törölni, az adatkezelést korlátozni, hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonni, valamint kérheted az adatok hordozhatóságát.
- Panaszt nyújthatsz be a felügyeleti hatóságnál, a Személyes Adatok Védelméért Felelős Hivatalnál.
A munkaügyi jogszabályok által előírt személyes adatok megadása kötelező; az egyéb adatok megadása önkéntes, azonban ezek hiánya megakadályozhatja a toborzási folyamatban való részvételt.
